The Da Vinci Code

I finally succumbed to reading The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown last week It seems that every man and his dog has read this book, except me (until now)

I thought it It wasnt as good as it was hyped up to be .. actually it reminded me of Ice Station Zebra by Matthew Reilly, because in both books the plot consists of a series of one in a million chances coming off over and over again which made it hard for me to suspend disbelief.

You can purchase a copy of The Da Vinci Code at Seekbooks

I didn’t think it lived up to the hype either. It was a fast-paced thriller and that’s about it.

I think the thing causing all the commotion is the religious discussion within the book. It was certainly the most interesting thing about The Da Vinci Code.
