Dude you need to make this site so big and hit the airways with it so the whole of Australia can see that the Australian way is becoming the way of the criminal. Personally I have had dealings with property developers (one been a politician and the other a solicitor) that have cost my family hundreds of thousands plus my parents health. These people play the game and sure as hell not in a fair way. It is about time the average Australian battler fights back, and now we have the internet this can be done with a lot and damage to the unfair companies within our great Australia. And this can help the elite of business that are trying to do the right thing. From as little as a chocolate bar from the corner shop, to the top of the parliament house.

I have had a very bad experience with "Sold Smart International", an online company selling a wide range of items. We bought a steam mop and when we received it, it was faulty. We are still trying to get a replacement after 2 months of different responses from different people. They refused to give our money back.

Hi Matias and Jim,

Yelp is another site that showcases the good and the bad of companies. It would be interesting to see if there is a positive correlation with customer service following many bad comments and reports of a particular company.
